  • How can I remove users from my account ?

     

    To remove users from my Wavecell's account I need to follow these steps :

    1. Assuming you have administrator access.
    2. From the left navigation menu, go to Configuration -> User Management or on the left navigation pane click "Users"

    3. Click on one of the users under “Active users”.
    4. To remove a user, simply click “Remove user”, or if you want to deactivate a user, click on “Deactivate”.
    5. Deactivated users will be listed under “Deactivated users”, while users that have been removed will be completely removed from the account. You can still invite the users that have been previously removed.
  • How can I update my account details ?

    Your account detail includes your account name and billing details. To update:

     

    1. Click the account tab.
    2. Type a new account name on the field provided. Do note that account names are limited to 255 alphanumeric characters.
    3. Type the correct billing details on the input fields provided. This includes Company name, Company Address, Country and Invoice Emails.
    4. Click “Update Account” button, to save your changes.

     

    Your billing details will be used for invoices or receipts. Make sure you select the correct country where your business is located to add the correct tax code. It will also be use to check the validity of your credit card.

     

  • How can I change my password ?

    If you wish to change your password, you will need to enter your existing password and the new password. Your password should contain one number and one special character with a minimum of 8 characters.

    To change your password:

    1. Under your profile settings click “Change Password” tab.
    2. Enter your existing password on the field provided.
    3. Enter your new password and confirm new password on the fields provided.
    4. Click “Update Password” to save your changes.

  • What do I need in order to use the 8x8's CPaaS API?

    You just need the following: 
    1. An active Wavecell AccountID.
    2. Sufficient credits.

    By default an API is created for you once you create an account, you can create as many API's as you want under our API management page.

  • How can I deactivate my account?

    Account deactivation is managed solely by our support team. To deactivate your account, please send your deactivation request to support@wavecell.com.

  • How can I activate my account ?

    Upon sign up, an activation link will be sent to your registered email address, simply click on the link and you will be redirected to the activation page.

    Should your activation be unsuccessful, kindly send an enquiry to cpaas-support@8x8.com, and we will address your issues as soon as we can!
