Introduction

In order to send messages in Singapore with your Sender ID displayed for the end-users, you will have to register your Sender ID with the Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC). 8x8 is able to carry the traffic once you have registered your Sender ID with SGNIC as 8x8 is one of the Participating Aggregator.

 

Enabling Process

To enable your Sender ID for all networks in Singapore with 8x8, it requires that you provide the following documents depending on your registration criteria: 

  • Letter of Authorisation - Whitelist - Singapore - Direct Client - Content Version 2
  • Letter of Authorisation - Whitelist - Singapore - Aggregator - Content Version 2
  • Letter of Authorisation - Whitelist - Singapore - Authorised Agent - Content

To ensure that your SID registration goes smoothly and to reduce the turnaround, please, complete each document accurately with all the required information.
