Registration Process

To register your Alphanumeric Sender ID for all networks in the Indonesia, it requires that you provide the following documents depending on your registration criteria: 

• Surat Penunjukan BrandName XL

• Surat Penunjukan Indosat

• Surat Penunjukan Telkomsel

• Surat Penunjukan Hutch 

• Surat Penunjukan Smartfren

• Tax Number (NPWP)

• Membership flow

• Single Business Number document (NIB)

• Screenshot of live application at Apple Store or Google Store

• The company should have its official website and Headquarters in Indonesia

• 8x8 Sender ID Indonesia International

• Client to 8x8 International Pte Ltd (Non-Tsel)

• Form Sender Registration International Sender ID

To ensure that your SID registration goes smoothly and to reduce the turnaround, please, complete each document accurately with all the required information.

The above documents authorize 8x8 (PT Eight Solutions Indonesia) to register and send branded messages to end-users in Indonesia on your behalf. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Sender IDs may be considered as International by the partners, if company has an entity outside of Indonesia.
• 8x8 does not have the authority to classify the Sender ID as International, the power is with the Indonesian networks.

General documents required for International Brand/Sender ID registration:

• 8x8 Sender ID Indonesia International

• Client to 8x8 International Pte Ltd (Non-Tsel)

• Form Sender Registration International Sender ID

General documents required for Local Brand/Sender ID registration:

• Surat Penunjukan BrandName XL

• Surat Penunjukan Indosat

• Surat Penunjukan Telkomsel

• Surat Penunjukan Hutch

Additional Requirements for P2P/Fintech/Banking/Finance:

1. OJK OR Bank Indonesia and Kominfo License

Additional Requirements for E-Commerce/Digital Platform:

1. Kominfo OR Pengguna Sistem Elektronik (PSE) License

Additional Requirements for Cryptocurrency:

1. BAPPEBTI License

Additional Requirements for Futures Trading:

1. SK Kemenkumham
2. BAPPEBTI License
